Hi thanks for asking question.

You have mentioned normal CT scan report.so organic cause seems less likely.

Do you have hypertension?? Do you have flashes of light???

As hypertension can lead headache and it is treated with antihypertensive medication.

If headache especially during office hour and flashes of light present or intolerance to bright light may suggest migraine.sumatriptan might needed if acute severe headache present. Then maintainance therapy with calcium channel blocker or beta blocker needed.

Do you have smoking history??As it can lead it.

If you are taking inadequate sleep then also it can occur.

Have you been stressed during office work???excess anxiety can lead it.

Avoid excess coffee.

If you have repeated viral infection then it can occur as constitutional symptoms.

I hope these will help you.
