Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Pelvic Area

I am having very sharp pain in my pelvis. I do have andeomyosis. I have been to the dr and I have a apt scheduled for a second opinion but I am having very bad cramps that are making me sick to my stomach. I ve been to the er Tuesday but I m not sure if I should go back or go to a bigger hospital?
