Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Pelvic Region

I have a pain in my lower left side it s low like above my pelvic bone. I am female and wanted to know if this could be from ovulation ??? When I stay still it does not hurt it only hurts when I move specially walk. It feels like sharp pinching pain.

hi healthcare magic user, remember ovulation pain will be their for 1-2 days in middle of period.
are you suffering from constipation?
constipation is most common cause for type of pain presentation you have.
if not above thing then you need evaluation.
