Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Right Side Of The Ribcage

I've had a constant pain on my right side of my rib cage that triggers, sharp pain, muscle spasms. The pain travels to the mid section of my back. it's it painful throughout the night. Very uncomforable to sleep on the right side. Ive been taken Naproxen but that doesn't seem to help. It's very uncomfortable pain all day long.
