Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Upper Region Of Spine Post Injury

hi!! im 18 and I was playing a game with some friend and when i tackled him I fell into a sitting position and then he fell ontop of me forcing my upper body forwards, while my legs are infront of me. I felt instant back and after about 5 min the pain was gone. a Day later it came back and any sudden movements gave me a sharp pain in the top part of my spine.

Well come to HCM
This could be muscular pain and chances of inflammation may be likely, still x-ray of injury part is advisable to rule out the fracture part or any serious injury, till then you can have Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this is nothing to worry, take care and have a nice day.
