Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain On The Right Side Of The Head

I was fine and the all of a sudden I got a sharp pain in the right side of my head then it was gone and the it was on the other side of my head then it was gone then I got it on the top of my head then when I went to touch the top of my head it hurt like there was a bruise there but there s not and it became a dull pain then it went to the back of my head then it was in my shoulder and it s still in my shoulder and it s a dull ache

I really appreciate your concern, most of the headaches are functional in origin and it may be due to migraine, some time it could be due to sinusitis too here differentiation is required till then it can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen" as per needed else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
