Suggest Treatment For Sharp Throat Pain , Ear Ache And Vomiting

Hi, I have a very sharp uncomfortable feeling in my throat, and a 102 fever, ear ache, also I was vomiting earlier when I tried going to work...Do you know what medicines I could take for this severe throat pain? Or do you have any idea what this could possibly be? I can t even sleep or talk to anybody without crying because it hurts so bad.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Your history of sharp pain making unable to speak or eat without crying indicates that you need admission to the hospital as you need intravenous fluids to tackle the dehydration and get proper antibiotics, antiinflammatory and supportive medicines.
The pain in the ear is usually a referred one.
You will be examined , investigations of blood, urine and throat swab done.
Proper care will cure you of the problems.
