Suggest Treatment For Shingles Along With Tingling And Burning Sensation

I currently have shingles, the first time in my life, I got medication & cream for them, it s not really severe, just some on my neck, a small patch into my hairline, mostly tingling & burning sensation. Is it necessary to get the vaccine, I ve had varying opinions on this, some say it helps, others say it doesn t. What is your opinion?

Hello, If the pain is not severe then the medications and cream should be sufficient for now. The vaccine works in some people but not in everyone. It is not a bad idea to get it if your insurance will pay for it. it is an expensive vaccine
