Suggest Treatment For Shingles On The Chest , Shoulder And Arms

I had shingles in April and ended middle case It went from my chest to my around my rt breast my arm pit, to my rt side to my back ended on my scapula it felt like that pain went thru me to my breast bone, and the breat born feels like I got kicked by a horse pain goes to my back which I can t pull my shoulders back it hurts shen I do, I am on gavobenton now can t afford any other Is there any exercise those muscles where the pain is This was my idea to strengthen the muscles.
