Suggest Treatment For Shivering In Hands

My name is Gautam Roy, from Hailakandi, Assam. I am 32 years old, male , married from last four years, having one child of 03yrs old. I am facing a problem in writing only (shivering)by my right hand which I use. Moreover i feel too tired whenever i go for any other minor physical work. Now a days it has increaed causing a great poblem in my daily official work. I can not complete one or two lines and the problem is increasing regularly. So please give me necessary suggessions / remeady at your earliest. Now i am taking from last 15 days meganeuron (methycoblamin etc.)tablets once daily along with one pantob-D.
