Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of shivering, sweating and stomach ache, my treatment advice is -
1. Drink plenty of water and avoid fast food.
2. Take an NSAID like Ibuprofen for pain and Levocetirizine for itching if present.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral probiotics given only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
