Suggest Treatment For Shooting Pain In Abdomen And Back During Period

I am 24 years old female and I suffer from shooting pain during my menses period which lasts 6 days. My first period started at the age 13 or 14 years and for 5-6 years i was quite normal but thereof i start having shooting pain i am now 23 years old there is some blood clot in my menses and My Painful menstrual periods experiences crampy lower abdominal pain, sharp pain that comes and goes, aching pain, back pain.I also felt cold and after few minutes felt hot the discomfort makes it difficult to perform normal household, or school-related activities for a few days during each menstrual cycle The pain may begin first day to 3 day of my 6 day cycle i have never used any medications other than tonics I never used to have birth control pills although i had at times some painkillers like paracetamol and dolo.
