Suggest Treatment For Shooting, Radiating Nerve Shock On Right Knee Cap

I recently fell while running and landed on my knees. My right knee now has a shooting, radiating nerve shock on the right of the knee cap when I sit Japanese style or put any kind of pressure on the knee. I can still jog and to leg exercises with no pain. Any idea what is going on?

it is advisable to consult orthopedic surgeon. have x-ray knee joint look for fracture patella or torn ligament. apply ice compression. take rest and use kneecap there might have been injury to ligament. get tested by surgeon.exclude hairline fracture
