Suggest Treatment For Short Term Memory Loss

49 yr old female. 5'6 225lbs. I had a total hysterectomy almost a year ago. I am using the DOT patch for HRT, but have noticed significant short-term memory loss iver the past few months and it's driving me crazy. I never associated the memory loss with my hysterectomy until a friend mentioned that her Dr. told her this was a common side-effect. What are some options to consider?
