General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is advanced heart failure and she is on conservative management, I would suggest:
- Fluid restriction as per cardiologist advise
- Salt restriction and other dietary measures as dietician follow up
- Watch for her urine output
- Semi reclining position preference during rest
- Deep breathing exercises and YOGA
- Regular check up with her cardiologist and physician
- Control of blood sugar, cholesterol and BP

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
