Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Cough

hi, I have shortness of breath, a wheezing cough, and some flem. I do have asthma and i m taking ProAir HFA, and. Also I do have Symbicort, that I take once in morning and night. I have QVAR 80mcg, but was told not to take it while taking the Symbicort. Been walking in the mornings about 4 miles with little of the above symtoms, but when at rest the symtoms comes back fairly intense. Why????

This is particularly useful if shortness of breath is being caused by anxiety. To try pursed-lip breathing at home, a person should: sit upright in a chair with their shoulders relaxed.
