Hi i am a 42 year old hispanic women. For the last 3 days i ve had diarrehea. I can t even hold it for a few minutes til i reach a bathroom, so i have had a few accidents. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The past history of drug use is not related here for the cause.

The Diarrhea may be from viral or bacterial infection from different reasons, and breathlessness is secondary to dehydration and fluid-electrolyte imbalance.

I strongly recommend to immediately rush to the Emergency room (ER) for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
