General & Family Physician 's  Response

I read your message and understood your problem.

First, I am very sorry for your situation. I need to know more about your general health and lifestyle. Do your suffer from any other diseases? What about medications, drugs, smoking, alcohol and nutrition?

Yes, it can be some poisoning with CO or other harmful gasses. But you must be sure to identify the source of CO and how much frequent are you exposed to it. CO intoxication may cause all the symptoms that you mentioned: dizziness, severe headaches, shortness of breath and blue color around your mouth. Other toxic gasses can cause the same profile of symptoms too and you need to eliminate at least the rate of exposure.

Going out somewhere with clean air will help your symptoms to disappear and normalize your general health.

But my advice is that you must see a doctor to check your lungs and general health. You have been living for 5 years in difficult conditions and maybe some chronic lung disease or pneumonia has been developed. Changing the place you live and a new lifestyle can be somethings that are worth the efforts to do.

Seek medical attention especially if the symptoms aggravate ( high temperature, cough etc.)

Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history , Please find my advice below-:
1)Do check your vital sign and record it(Blood pressure,Pulse, respiratory rate,Temp)
2)Do full blood count with differential to ruled out any underlying infection
3)Correct iron and vitamin b-12)Take iron injection and vitamin b12 both 3 times a week upto one month then once a month till 6 months
4)Do a ECG/ECHO to ruled out any cardiac possibility
5)Do check at night if you have snoring problem or not?
Do what i told and this is first line if everything is ok then we will go little deep, but nothing to be worried.
Report me after 7 days ,
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
