Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath At Night

hello i often have problem breathing at night but these past few days i ve been getting short on breath and urgency to yawn constantly during daytime as well. i ve read these symptoms as early signs of a heart attack but didn t want to jump into conclusions.i haven t had time to go visit a doctor as well. what could be my problem?
