35yr 5"7 190lbs no medical history,non allergic to any meds that I know of yet? Heavy smoker for about 5-yrs aftr my divorce. Drink about 8beers every 2-3 days a week. Body is athletic but could loose about 10lbs. Symptoms include,shortness of breath,soar thrroat,dieharea,joints ache,headaches, sometimes insomnia? But feel great about myself and always think positive. And great hygene

these symptoms are common problem of adults and have more than one cause for investigations... about shortness of breath anemia is one of the most common causes as it will decrease your energy and affect metabolism so causes breathing difficulty
so you should do complete blood cout to role it out

second cause is chest infection or bronchial asthma or allergy as these causes bronchoconstriction and difficulty of breathing and you will feel wheezy chest with excercise and will feel that if you smell any odour

you have to be of breath but no worry of thatof bacterial infection as you have sorethroat and dte
also stress and anxiety have great role in these symptoms so try to avoid stress and any psychological troubles that cause your insomnia also
