Hi I am having trouble with shortness of breath. the drs say they lost me twice one night at the ER. They say this is caused by rib damage when I had neck surgery a year ago. M my diaphragm hurts, I choke on food, etc etc etc. Is there anything they can do for this, Ohm they say my lungs are smaller and they have fallen and almost touching my pelvic bone.
