My husband has a 4.9cm aortic aneurysm and a mild leaky valve. Short of breath with exertion, climbing 15 steps, or walking 1/4 mile. Breathless, continually gasping for breath especially reclining or laying I. Bed. Voice gets very low during the day. Gets dizzy when bending or squatting. Has fainted in pool with swimming. Good cholesterol with meds, triglycerides high, has had 3 heart attacks 25 years ago. EJ fraction 35 to 37
