Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Yesterday I went to a car show outside where the temps were in the 90 s and it was very humid. As we were leaving I got very short of breath and my balance was off and also I felt like I just couldn t think straight. I felt like I was going to pass out and my fingers and toes went numb.I felt very hot and flushed.I thought it might be a reaction to some R.A. meds that I m on.It was very scary and I m still very weak,do you think this is something I should worry about. Thanks
I think you experienced lack of oxygen (carbon dioxide was too high to get proper breathing). Plus, as there were many car products inside a small area, you might also get bad reaction to their gas and fumes. To me, should keep breathing fresh air, have good ventilation. Drink plenty of water, and keep well hydrated. If you won't be fine in a couple of days, then, consult further with your caring doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
