Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Bone Dislocation Due To Torn Ligament

Hi, My shoulder ligaments got teared out 2 years back. I dont feel any pain usually. but, when i indulge in any activities like swimming, throwing balls my shoulder bone gets displaced and it pains like hell. is there any treatment for this other than surgery?
