Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Dislocation

Im 15 years old 6'3 142 lbs no medical issues. Two things i need help with, for one i dislocated my shoulder yesterday then popped it back in after 5 seconds and its still really sore today and pops occasionally, second thing is my penis started to hurt REALLY bad about two hours ago and hasent stopped.
