Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Injury

I have had trouble with my left shoulder since I had surgery in 2012, so I don t know if I am having any other problems. Recently I was in a car accident hit from behind a car going about 40 mph maybe faster from what the police officer said, with the jolt from the accident my shoulder has been bothering me more than it usually does. Today I woke up with my left eye feeling weird shoulder hurting an my left arm bothering me but i have also had five surgeries for carpal tunnel which have not been a real big success my left side of my chest has been bothering me but I don t know if it s from my shoulder bothering me, not sure what I should do?
