Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain After An Injury

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I fell hard on the top of my shoulder, no dislocation or apparent breaks, can move it, mostly, but with sharp pain on the spot. I've iced it for two days, taken Alleve, anything else I can do to help it heal, and/or relieve the pain?
