Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain After Falling Down

ok so i fell kinda weird on my sholder it all swollen and it pop some time when i move it the pain is not that bad just wheni move it in some spots i dont think its my rotator cuff im 18 years old 120lbs i have never broken anything i just fell this on time thanks - Dillon
