Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain After Injury

Was playing softball, swung and hit the ball and almost instantly heard and felt a pop of my left shoulder, my left arm immediately went limp and experienced constant dull pain x 48 hrs. X Rays show no dislocation, but I am still experiencing off and on pain with shoulder movement, what should my next step be?
