Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain And Numbness In Hands

I am a 56 y/o f who has been a nurse for 35 yrs. Approx 4 mos. ago I was helping care for a friend who had surgery and needed total assistance in turning and movement, this female is large 6 ft weight of 286 at the time. When I moved her once I experienced pain mid shoulders and since I am experiencing tingling and numbness bilat hands, weakness in arms bilat, and recently my hands will start feeling like they are freezing, no activity needed, can be sitting and it occurs, fingers actually feel cold, but no blueness to fingers or nailbeds. Unfortunately I was laid off my job a month prior to this occuring and I have no insurance. Any help and suggestions to help coping would greatly be appreciated.
