HELLO DOCTOR , I AM AJAY 26 YEARS , NOW I AM FEELING THROAT PAIN LAST 2 MONTHS AND SPITTING COUGH, AND ALSO LEFT SIDE SHOULDER PAIN, I DONT UNDERSTAND ITS SHOULDER AND HAND HAND PAIN , IN MOUTH I DONT SEE ANY INFECTION, I HAD ALREADY MEET THE DOCTOR THRICE AND AND HAD ANTIBOITICS IBUPROFEN ALSO. BUT THERE IS NO CHANGE . CAN YOU GIVE HOW TO THIS COMING LAST TWO MONTHS , IS IT RELATED ANY SERIOUS,

Dear Ajay, welcome to HCM. Your symptoms are mostly due to some throat infection For treatment you can take some antibiotic preferably Azithromycin 500 after an expert opinion along with cofdex or sneezy for throat congestion or discomfort. Continue ibuprofen for shoulder pain. For cough you can take syrup bro-zedex or syrup ambrodil-s. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation as it will be helpful in case of throat pain.
