Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain, Lower Back Pain And Knee Pain

hello doctor, ihave been back knee pain,two shoulder pain,left side neck pain/lower back pain, i cant walk fast,and properly since last december.last december i had viral fever.i took advil and ibufrofen for two months.now i take tylonol extra strength tablet.could you suggest any tablet name

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have shoulder pain, lower back pain and knee pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like fibromyalgia , gout , disc dislocation or arthritis. The symptoms can also occur due to condition like sciatica. I would suggest you to apply warm compresses on shoulder and knee , drink plenty of water , eat fresh fruits and green vegetables and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. If condition doesn't get well then consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination. Doctor may order certain test like blood test , urine test and CT scan of spine . Doctor may prescribe allopurinol , methotrexate or anti inflammatory along with physical therapy .
