Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

Hi!!! I ve been having right shoulder pain for the last 5 years at least. When I first started having the pain it only occured when I was on my period but now it is happening a lot more often. I m taking OTC pain pills so often that they re now making me physically sick. I ve been to my Dr. a few times about it and she had no idea what s going on. I don t know what to do but I m sick of taking pills that are only temporary fixing this problem.

welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health cocerns
Do you have fever? Any other joint pains? Any history of trauma?
In my opinion you need to be examined by the orthooedic surgeon .
There is need to get the X RAY and MRI of the affected shoulder joint to rule out any pathology
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain. Apart from it, physiotherapy is very helpful in this setting
Hope it helps
