Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

Good morning Dr. I'm having pain in both of my shoulders, it starts on the top of my shoulder and goes down approximately 4 inches down the side of my arms. I take ibuprofen but does'nt seem to help, have pain most of the time it is effecting my sleep. Do you have any suggestions?
