Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

I had breast reduction way back in nov 2008,do to my shoulders hurting all the time,that help for awhile ,now the pain is back and i can;t sleep at night for the pain also I have pain in my upper arms,could this be that the nevses in my shoulder are acting up that goes down my arms
