Suggest Treatment For Shoulder,rib And Neck Pain

Just wondered if you think my pain is serious... Im 20 year old girl for the last few weeks I've had really tense muscles around my neck/shoulder area... it almost feels like shortness of breathe. For the last few days I noticed the left side of my belly button all the way to the left side of my rib cage feels a bit tender. Not too sore, just to touch. As of this morning my right rib I've had bad pain... sharp.. stabbing like. Can you tell me if this is normal?!?!
