Suggest Treatment For Shrinking Labia

wife & I have noticed that her labia is shrinking. It is causing her great concern, because she knows I like her her nice size labia. I told her it s a drop in her estrogen. She is 53. She wonders if she can get them back to normal. With cream or something? She is feeling very down about it and her lack of desire lately. She gets embarrassed easy. So, any advice?

Once menopause comes, women start facing the problem you mentioned in your question. But there are many options available over the counter (OTC):

Water-based, glycerine-free lubricants help reduce discomfort during sex.

Apply water-based vaginal moisturizers every 2 to 3 days. Their effect lasts longer than a lubricant.

Applying topical estrogen cream directly to the vagina relieves symptoms quickly and effectively.

An oral estrogen is also an option.

And the estrogen-releasing ring can remain in the vagina and release hormones to address the changes.

Systemic estrogen therapy is available as a skin patch, an implant under the skin, tablets, or a topical gel.
