Suggest Treatment For Shrunken Eyes And Tension Headaches

Hi I needed help with my eyes, i went to the doctors a while ago and was told to do pencil pushups but i stopped doing them without realizing it and now my eyes have shrunk a lot since i have been playing on my computer lately and i was wondering what i should do to restore them to their natural size and to get rid of these eye tension headaches.
