Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Avodart With Chest Enlargement

I am 57 y/o white male who takes avodart for my prostate. I have the side effect of chest enlargement and sensitivity and some back pain. The best relief I get is wearing a bra which I have been doing about 5 years now. I wear a 38B and want to buy a new sports bra. Any suggestions on the type - underwire? molded cups?
