Hello,

Since your Cholesterol level is not under control, you will have to continue to take the medications prescribed. Weight gain is not due to these medicines, its due to mack of exercise and wrong diet. Avoid oily, junk food.

To control cholesterol level, take healthy diet. Take whole grain food, cereals, veggies cooked in olive oil. You can also take boiled food to get a faster control over cholesterol. Boiled food will also reduce pimples.

Avoid taking refined flour, dairy products, red meat. Take berries & nuts. Control your weight at all cost. Do exercises & walking both in the morning & evening.

For pimples take care of your hygiene, limit make up, don't touch your face and apply topical retinoids and benzoyl peroxide in the area affected. Its effective. Stay well hydrated and take adequate rest.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
