Suggest Treatment For Sinus And Ear Infection

I took my 15 heard old son to the doctor last tuessay and he had a sinus and ear infection am the doctor gave him amoxicillian and now he s coughing and sneezing and running a low grade fever is that normal or is he getting sick again and does he need to go back to the doctor.

Thanks for your query.
Since your son has already been seen by the Doctor and started on Amoxicillin, he is on the correct antibiotics.
But as he has developed coughing and sneezing and has fever, he needs additional treatment of antihistamine and anti-inflammatory medicines with anti-pyretic properties. Please take him back or get an additional prescription.
In addition give him decongestant nasal drops and steam inhalations.
Bed rest helps.
