Suggest Treatment For Sinus Headache, Stuffy Nose And Cough
It started with sinus headache and stuffy nose, then drainage. It s been 5 weeks the drainage has manly stopped. But my throat is sore, red, has red bumps on it. I can not stop coughing. It is si bad it makes me throw up and my abs are killing me from tensing up. I ve tried sines meds, cough syrup, cough drops, salt water, hot tea. What do I need to do.? I don t think it s strep it doesn t hurt that bad it s the cough. Thank you
It looks like you are suffering from chronic throat infection or Pharyngitis. Do warm saline gargle 2-3 times a day. Take a course of Ampilox for 5 (five) days. You can take acetaminophen for relief. Take antihistamine, one at bed time to feel better. Take semi solid food like porridge, oats, custard. Take voice rest. Stay away from pollution, anxiety and stress. Sometimes stressful life triggers symptoms. Stay well hydrated and well fed.
