Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Influenza

I have had sinus drainage the last few months. I constantly clear my throat (it gets sore and raspy voice), and I have had a dry cough for the last several weeks. I have some sinus pressure, especially in the morning and I feel tired and lethargic throughout the day. My mucous is clear when I blow my nose. I have had similar symptoms the last three winters; and have been diagnosed with sinus infections from colds or flu each time. Any idea on what this may be and how to treat it? Also, what can be causing this to happen each winter? Thank you for your response.

Hello
This seems to be allergic in origin. Start taking antihistamines at night and disprin gargles. If required steroid nasal sprays can be started after consulting a ent.
