Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Recurring Sore Throat

I have a sore throat-more achy/dull that comes and goes---this has been going on for about a month-should I be concerned? I had a bad sinus infection about 2 months ago-was on antibiotics-and it took about 2 ish full weeks for my sore throat to go away---then a few days later-it returned-off and on---to a dull/achy pain--not sharp or stinging.
