Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Sore Throat

Feeling week for over two weeks, in bed or laying down most of time. Feels like sinus infection, but no nasal symptoms. Bit of a sore throat, slight headache, and some stomach discomfort. Also jaw is sore. Hoping to find out possible cause. 50 year old female. Otherwise healthy. No prescriptions.

Take tab zyretac bd and tab leflox 500 mg od for about 5 day if have sort throat take salt watr for gargles aviod to expose dust
