Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sinus infection, dementia and dizziness which means you are suffering from condition known as frontal sinus infection or ear infection. I would suggest you to take nasal decongestant sprays. You should take combination of antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. Co amoxiclav is best treatment option. You should take steam inhalation. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for para nasal sinus X ray and otoscopic examination as well. you can get puncture and drainage of sinus if required. You can go for surgical reconstruction of opening after proper prescription. Do warm saline gargles.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
