Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection While On Amoxicillin

My Mom is taking an antibiotic called Amoxicillin 875 MG. Her whole face became extremely cold even to the touch. Could this be a reaction to this prescribed drug? It was for a sinus infection. She is 85. Has high blood pressure which is under control. Her blood pressure was 143/80. Her face is fine now and she doesn t feel bad.
