Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

I have been having twinges in my right forehead and temple for the past few hours. They come and go. Also have had sympptoms of sinus infection for two weeks. Went to doctor but he did not think I needed an antibiotic. Saw the doctor two weeks ago. Sinus problems persist and now these head twinges have started.
