Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain in case if your husband has a sinus infection then it needs to be treated with antibiotics like levofloxacin or cephalexin, take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Naproxen or Ibuprofen, take anti-emetic [to relieve vomiting] like Domperidone, tylenol can be taken to reduce fever,do steam inhalations, warm saline gargles and use a humidifier in his room..
If there is congestion decongestant nasal sprays like Phenylephrine can help..
Do saline nasal irrigations and use a steroid nasal spray.
Avoid chilled and spicy food, drink plenty of warm fluids and take ample of rest..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
