Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

I think i may have sinusitis because when i have a horrible smell in my nose. I don't have insurance so and I don't have the money to go to the doctor. What can i do? Are there any home remedies?
I am 21 years old, 5'6, 165 lbs and I have had a small sinus infection a couple years ago. I went to the doctor and they gave me some antibiotics.
